Pricing is preliminary and subject to final negotiation based on agreed Statement of Work.
RXO Pricing has been developed based upon estimated volumes. In the event the monthly shipment count changes 15%, or scope changes, RXO will revisit pricing.
All travel costs will be billed as pass-through to client and require client approval prior to travel.
Startup cost is inclusive of RXO fee and will be amortized over the contract term.
Rates locked in for one year; annual CPI adjustment recommended thereafter.
RXO to hold carrier contracts and pay on freight. Payment terms: Net 30 days in U.S. Dollars; 1.5% interest/month thereafter.
Changes to operating assumptions, including quantity, may result in a change in pricing.
